Whole Earth Organic Elderflower is a lightly sparkling drink made with real elderflower extract and flavouring. Elderflowers are first blended with sparkling water, and then organic fruit juices from apples, grapes and lemon are added to balance the taste and achieve this delicate mixture of flavours. The lemon acidity helps to preserve the drink, and adds tartness.

Sparkling water, organic apple juice made from concentrate (15% juice content), organic agave syrup (7%), organic grape juice made from concentrate (3% juice content), organic clear lemon juice made from concentrate (1.6% juice content), elderflower flavouring, organic elderflower extract
